Today I wanted to share a card I made using the ROSE stamp from QKR Stampede. I thought the Echo Park Victorian Garden Collection went perfect with this image too. 
I stamped the image on white CS, and then again on some of the PP. Then I paper pieced the flower and most of the leaves. I used a marker to fill in the rest of the image. Then I used a stipple brush and some green ink to ink distress the entire card. I really wanted to bring that green out. Last I added the ribbon, and the Happy Anniversary stamp.
