I used this weeks Sweet Stop Sketch as my layout. I used the "recipe" from the Simon Says Challenge Blog, which is 1 image, 2 Pattern Papers, and 3 types of embellishments. I also am using this card for this weeks Cupcake Craft Challenge...which is Dazzle Us (add sparkle). So...the image is from the newly release Sweet 'n Sassy set "So Sweet Cocoa". I stamped and colored him with colored pencils. I layered him onto some striped PP, and layered that onto some polka dotted PP. The blue with the scallop is actually the back of the striped paper. I then added my 3 embellishments...ribbon, stickles, and some blue gems. The sentiment is from QKR Stampede.
