Hi there! Hope you had a great weekend. We enjoyed some family time at our property this weekend. The highlight was when our black colored dog took off into the woods in the pitch black of the night after what we believe was a big ol' buck. The good news is the dog and the deer never ended up meeting...THANK GOD! Well I was able to get a couple cards done this afternoon while my DH was off drafting fantasy football players. I still don't understand the whole fantasy football thing...lol. Well the first card I made today was for the first ever challenge at a new challenge blog. The blog is called

Anything Goes"-with a twist...you must use yellow on your project. Here is my card.
I started with a white CS base, and layered some blue paper onto that. Next I used a piece of PP from the Target $1 Spot (it has yellow in it). I used this adorable bug on a flower image from QKR Stampede called
Bug Hugs. I colored the image with markers, and trimmed it down. The sentiment is also from QKR Stampede and is called
Thinking of you. Last I added some yellow ribbon, and some little paper flowers (from Creative Memories). I added some blue gems to the centers.
