Thanks A Bunch

Hi there. Hope you are having a good day so far. Today I wanted to share a card I made using the Large Sunflower image from Biblical Impressions I showed you last week (HERE). But today, I went a whole different route with it. Instead of a yellow and green color scheme, I went with purple and orange.

What do you think? I started by stamped the image 3 times, then fussy cutting them out. The 3rd image, I only cut the center out. Then I used watercolor crayons, and colored the flower layers purple. I then "folded" and "roll" the petals to make them more 3-D. I used some glue dots to layer the pieces together, and foam tape to add the center. Next, I used some homemade shimmer spray (water and a couple drops of liquid pearls) to make the flower shimmer. You can see the shimmer better in this photo.

Then I layered the flower onto some various PPs from Cosmo Cricket. I loved the way the horizontal and verticle stripes looked together. Last, I used a piece of polka dot PP (from the same stack) and layered a sticker onto that.
