Doesn't she look sweet! This week the Cupcake Craft Challenge was to create a shaped card...anything but a square. So I saw this image and had to use it. I thought it would be cute to layer her onto a watermelon shape. What a fun image this is for summer. This image is from High Hopes Rubber Stamps. I also used this card for this weeks Creative Belli Challenge...which was to use water based markers to color your image. So I used my markers (strokes markers) to color her in. I also added some diamond stickles to her bows and "lace" of the dress. I cut the image out and layered it onto the pinkish CS, which I added the green CS strip to and drew on the seeds with black marker.
Well, that is about it for tonight. I am off to go work on my Christmas cards...well get them started at least. I know it seems early, but I have to get working on them or I will never get them done in time. Thanks for stopping by!
