"Off Color" Fall Tree

I wanted to share a card I made for this week's Whimsie Doodles Challenge. The challenge this week is to use "off colors". So, don't use the usual colors for your project...like you could use orange and black as Christmas colors instead of Halloween. I decided to make a fall card using pinks, peach, and purples. I was inspired by the PP I picked up a couple weeks ago at Target $1 spot. Not that I needed more paper, but I just HAD to have it...lol. Anyway, I used the tree and leaves from SU, and the owl is from another SU set. I inked up the leaves in various shades of pink, purple, and peach. The owl is also pink and peach. I fussy cut all the leaves and the owl, and layered them onto the tree. It wouldn't be a fall tree without leaves on the ground, so I also stamped some leaves at the base of the tree. I added some smooth pearl to the tree leaves too. I layered the tree onto the pinkish PP, and added some pinkish ribbon too. Last I added the sparkly pink brads. I hope you like my "off color" card! Thanks for stopping by.
