Sunday Scrappin

We had a pretty "slow" Sunday. My poor hubby is not feeling well at all. He has a fever, and all the other things that go with that. So, we spend the day at home...other then going to church. Well, I was feeling somewhat motivated today, so I FINALLY finished my 2010 album! I had 5 pages left that needed titles and journaling. So I got to work. Here are 2 of the pages that I liked best. This page is my oldest DD with my nephew around Christmas time. These 2 just love being together. Since they live out of town, we don't' see them often, but when we do...they are inseparable. I was so glad this photo of them hugging came out. The papers I used are CTMH, and the rub-ons are from Fancy Pants. This page is actually the last page in our 2010 album. The first page of the 2010 books was this same pose in front of the fire place. The idea was to see how much they grew over the year. The numbers on the top are chipboard from Maya Road that I sponge painted white. The PP is all CTMH. I used the white on the bottom for some journaling. Well now that this album is done I guess I need to get started on the Christmas 2010 album, and our vacation album from February. Then onto some 2011 fun. It just never ends...lol

Glad you got that album done. I will never catch up with my scrapping. Recently just started working on some pictures from our wedding 23 yrs ago and from the kids when they were born. It's great if you can keep on top of things. I love the idea of the 'growth' layouts.
